Overview:
The position will be responsible for all aspects of the ecommerce business including business planning, Listing of products on the portals, promotional campaigns, online marketing, customer service & web analytics.

Skills and Competencies:
Should have Strong Ecommerce, Digital marketing and Monobrand website management experience.
Analytical and decision making skills with end to end ownership.
Should have experience of handling multiple brands.
Should have strategic approach to elevate traffic and sales from the mono-brand website.
Should be a go-getter, responsible for planning, budgeting & execution.
Experience with ecommerce monitoring applications, systems capacity management.
Proactive self motivated team player, adaptable and flexible to changes.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Managing Seller accounts of Amazon, Flipkart, Tatacliq, Nykaa, Ajio and other marketplaces for dropship & outright businesses.
Provide directions, inspirations and guidance for ecommerce in a manner that drives efficiency and increases productivity.
Work closely and coordinate with all stakeholders including operations, buying and merchandising, IT and digital transformation teams to develop appropriate processes and resource requirements to drive ecommerce business results and achieve exponential growth.
Responsible for service level planning and management.
Timely execution of orders as per the SLA defined including devising packaging and other requirements.
Creation of SOP for various processes invorved for cataloguing, Order Execution, Customer Service.
Manage all ecommerce related IT technologies, platforms and emerging technologies/practices.

Educational/Professional Qualification:
MBA in preferably Retail and/or IT)
Excellent hands on experience in MS Excel, Word & Powerpoint.
Excellent written/verbal communication.
Hands on experience of working on Shopify platform is a plus.

Location: Mumbai (Maharashtra – India).
Work Experience: 4-5 Yrs in relevant domain.
CTC: 12 Lacs PA
