E-commerce Job Description:
- Should be fluent and grametically correct in english
- Should have good email etiquette and know how to draft a professional email.
- Should be profecient in Microsoft Office specially Excel
- Should know how to run Pivot, Vlookup etc in excel.
- will liaison with internal departments to get information and communicate the customers through phone & Email
- will be responsible for writing products details and description for listing on online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart etc.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation in any stream (Engligh preferred)
- Prior experience in E-commerce preferred
